Fudge Chocolate Brownie (Eggless Cake Recipes)
I recently came across an excellent recipe for eggless fudge brownies suitable for vegetarians and vegans. These brownies offer a rich, chocolatey flavor and a wonderfully moist, fudgy texture, making them a delightful choice for any chocolate enthusiast. Additionally, this recipe requires fewer ingredients while yielding fantastic results. I stumbled upon this recipe when I urgently needed to prepare a snack for some friends who were joining me for tea. Without hesitation, I gathered the necessary ingredients and proceeded to bake these brownies.
The finished brownies turned out to be incredibly delicious. I am delighted to share this recipe with you and hope that you will derive as much enjoyment from baking these brownies as I did.
Recipe: Yeilds 9 to 10 brownies.
Ingredients:-
Softned Butter 50 gms
Condense Milk 1 tin
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Flour 2 cups
Cocoa pdr 4 heaped tbsp ( I used Caotina)
Dark cooking chocolate 1 cup ( chopped )
White chocolate 1 cup (chopped)
Method:
Take a big bowl. Add the butter and condensed milk. Whisk with a hand mixer. Blend well. Add vanilla extract, baking soda, and baking powder. Give a mix with a spatula. Sieve flour and cocoa powder. Give it an even fold. Don´t whisk. Add chopped chocolates (white and dark). Again give a nice fold from all sides.Preheat the oven to 180 deg temp. Grease the rectangular spring form and pour the brownie batter. Level it up. Pat a bit to remove the air bubbles from the batter. Sprinkle some more chopped chocolates on the top. Bake it for about 25 minutes at 180 deg. Prick a toothpick to check, if it comes out clean then it is baked.
Allow it to cool completely. Cut it into a square shape. Sprinkle some sea salt on the top. If you like you can drizzle some caramel or chocolate ganache on the top.
Tip: You can also add chopped walnuts to the brownie batter.
Eggless fudge brownies can be enjoyed on their own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. They are perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth, as a dessert for a party or potluck, or as a special treat for yourself or loved ones.
