Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Sambar pdr 1/2 tsp
Fresh grated coconut handfist full
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Rice pdr 1tbsp
Green Chilli 1( according your spice level)
Salt to taste
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Urad dal 1tsp
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Coconut oil 1tbsp
Whole dry red chilli 1
Asafoetida a generous sprinkle
